At Deep3DSea.com, we provide high-quality digital 3D models. Since our products are digital downloads, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience for our global community.

⚠️ Nature of Digital Products:

All products sold on Deep3DSea are digital files. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” once they are downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a digital file.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • ✓ Product Misrepresentation: If the downloaded file is significantly different from the 3D viewer or description.
  • ✓ Technical Defects: If the file is corrupted or has errors that prevent it from being used in standard 3D software.
  • ✓ Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same model twice.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • ✗ You no longer want the model after downloading it.
  • ✗ You do not have the proper software or knowledge to use the file.
  • ✗ Your purchase was made more than 14 days ago.

3. How to Request and Processing Time

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Once received, we will review it within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
