This Agreement governs the terms of use for all 3D digital assets purchased through Deep3DSea.com. By downloading any content, you agree to the terms of our Extended Use License, designed to provide maximum flexibility for creators and businesses worldwide.

✓ Extended Use License (Permitted Uses)

Under the Extended Use License, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the 3D assets in the following ways:

• Entertainment & Media: Use in feature films, broadcasting, advertisements, and social media content.
• Interactive Content: Integration into video games (PC, Console, Mobile), VR/AR applications, and simulators.
• Commercial Viz: Use in architectural visualizations, product renders, and marketing materials.
• Printing: 3D printing for physical products or prototypes, provided the digital file is not shared.

Prohibited Uses

To protect the integrity of our artists’ work, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the 3D asset in its original or modified digital form.
• Using the assets in a way that allows a third party to extract or access the original 3D file.
• Claiming authorship or original ownership of the 3D model.
