My first ever Sketchfab model (so please be kind!) I really enjoyed making everything here from scratch. I am a self-taught Blender artist, who has picked up Blender in the last year after mainly doing 2D illustration work. I am also an electronic music producer, and one day would love to put these elements all together.This model is a simple take on the treasure chest idea – it is an old-school pirate style treasure chest with rings inside – I wanted to work mainly on moody lighting and game-like textures – I’m more or less satisfied with the results – but I’m interested to know the opinion of other, more proficient artists here!
