A post apocalyptic style, one handed sword fashoned from a typical car engines connecting rod (which connects the piston to the crankshaft). based on the average length of a typical car connecting rod and the blade for comparison, this sword would be approximately 60-65cm.i wanted to make this particular weapon have a slight steampunk, feel to it while still making it very much a plausible and effective weapon in a survival situation. made in Maya 2016 and textured in substance painter 2.
