My entry for the 2017 Guild Wars 2 Weapon Design contest. Also a bit of a milestone model since I just reached 10k followers on Sketchfab! :D I always wanted to do a GW2 fanart since I’m basically playing on a daily basis for 4 years now with only short cycles of interruption. Though it didn’t make it to the finale I’m still happy how it turned out and all of the other entries look so amazing, it’s well deserved! ;)I really like the Guild Wars lore and this shield is a token of appreciation for the amazing team behind it and the most friendly community I ever encountered in an online game.
