Originally intended to be turbojet powered, but due to the early unavailability of jet engines, Dr. Lippisch modified this aircraft to accept a Daimler Benz DB 605 12-cylinder piston engine. Intended armament was to be two MG 131 13mm machine guns. Further development was abandoned when Lippisch designed the P.20.Poly count 58726
