While most strongly associated with the culture of Indonesia the Kris is also indigenous to Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei and Singapore. There are several different types of Kris. Curvy blade symbolizes a sacred snake Naga. The handle is made in the style of “Kraton”, which is typical for East Java, Sumatra and Yokohama.
