This mushroom has many names- Helvella esculenta, Gyromitra esculenta brain mushroom, turban fungus, elephant ears, beefsteak mushroom, morel, lorchel. Its top resembles brain or Walnut. It was around 8-10cm in size. It has some poison, but if you boil it 3 times its ok to eat it. Has slightly crunchy texture at least if you compare it to other mushrooms. Some also dry it and use its powder. It grows in Europe and north America. Likes quite sandy soil. The model was obtained using photogrammetry so especially good textures where captured. Delighting was performed to get cleaner color texture. Includes normal maps, height map, Ambient occlusion map, and extra bump map. If metalness channel is to be used one can just use black color sins its not metallic. Original textures come at 8k png, and 4k jpg are provided. The topology of model is all triangles derived from decimation master in Zbrush. (low poly / quad versions are coming latter as separate models) automaticly generated LOD s are also included.
