Fonta, a mercinary, aided by the energy of the Quimm known as Hicron giving him time traveling abilities. His Beta armour was a modified version of the armour used by the droids on Promox Prime adapted to fit a humanoid. Later after finding some Quimm energy compatible electronics, he built some tech to be manned by Hicron to aid him in his combat. So with other modifications the Fonta Gamma armour was created.
