200 buildings low poly in atlased textures in PBR materials. (models from my New York asset are included). The package provides obj and fbx (with material library) and also 3D Max 2016 file formats. + 220 textures in png for PBR materials: Diffuse, Bump or Normal, Metallic, Emission that ranges form 512 x512to 2048×2048. Unitypackage for Unity 2021 URP also included.note: looks like I encountered a glitch and the editor won’t apply all maps to all materials in the sketchfab demo scene.
