My first upload here, and my first proper finished (mini) scene in 3D! Not counting some tutorial & practice pieces of course. This was quite the journey, I had to google every other step.My main goal was exploring some things I had not done before, like making foliage, emission/glow, assembling a slightly larger scene than just one prop, hand-painting a challenging material like gold.. I just kept adding things to try out and this is the result. And I learnt a ton!I’m rather happy how this “test piece” turned out, even though I can already see many things I would like to do better next time!Modeled in Blender and painted in Blender + Photoshop.
