The scent is soft, after 15 months of maturing in oak barrels it is beautifully polished and directly caress the delicate vanilla aroma and tones of ripe raspberries. The taste is soft, rounded, harmonious with sweet tanin and with the aftertaste of quality bitter chocolate with light peppermint. The wine will perfectly complement the sirloin roast with cream sauce, from the cheeses try with Roquerortem or hard Comté.
