My entry for the Treasure Chest Challenge. Had an idea for octupus legs on a chest, and kind of went from there. Then I thought, huh, this kinda looks like it has a face, it could be a mimic chest. So that’s my headcanon for this chest. A mimic chest, waiting for it’s next victim.Modeled in Maya.Textured in Substance Painter.
