There are 4 large push-through buttons with a rope like texture going down the front of the garment. The rope pattern that is across the front of the garment is in an ornate stitching like pattern. There are 2 crowns on either lapelle, with one looking significantly newer than the other (suggesting it has been replaced.) There are 2 small slits up the back of the garment, to aid with movement and 2 pockets on the hip, with flap coverings. The garment is fastened with a. large amount of hook and eyes lining the front of the garment.This item originates from the collection at Bodmin Keep Musuem, Cornwall, UK.
