“The Lake of True Desire!” It is a short story about Lily who discovered something fantastic in the forest.This is my most favorite personal project so far. It was not what I wanted to make in the begining! I thought I would make illustration of a robot playing with a paper boat by a lake and the story developped into this entirely different thing! Crazy!Thanks to this challenge I could venture in the nice and cute world of childrens book illustrations. During this almost 2 week long project I studied different artist’s artworks. I must mention Kim Min Ji, Heikala, Kasia Nowowiejska and many more. Their works helped me a lot in deciding for a style since I was clueless about this childrens book illustration thing.The scene was created in Blender.
