A pewter cup. Captured to help practice my skills on objects with difficult characteristics for 3D scanning. When shooting photos of the inside the rim was often out of focus due to depth of field (even at f11) and the shiny texture made the point cloud noisy. Filters and multiple shots (taken afterwards after processing of an initial photo set) helped get around these problems.
